Our caring team at Mother and Child have the experience and practical knowledge to support you with the most comprehensive services for expectant couples and new parents. Our prenatal Childbirth Preparation, Hypnobirthing®, and Active Birth Courses delivered in a supportive and pleasant environment by our experienced Midwives will prepare you and your partner, for a positive, calm, and empowering birth experience.


We share evidence-based, up-to-date information and videos to enable you to make informed choices. This includes breathing techniques, positional exercises for pregnancy/labour and care of the newborn skills. Our Birth Doula can provide you with vital support before, during, and after the birth of your baby. Postnatally, feeding and caring for your baby will be utmost in your mind. If you choose to breastfeed, our IBCLC Lactation Consultants are here for you. We provide Sleep consultations.


Clients also appreciate our First aid for Couples, First Aid for Helpers, Solids, Yoga, and Pilates classes. Our popular New Mothers course, for mums with babies from 4 weeks to 6 months, has provided many mums with wonderful social support. You make friends and have your questions answered in a nurturing, fun, and safe environment. Pediatricians, counsellors, and physiotherapists share information on growth milestones, sleep, and returning to work. We are trusted and love what we do. We are here for you.

‘The Anjea Way’ delivers on-demand support, advice and guidance from leading experts in pre and postnatal health. 


Their trimester focussed programmes cover everything from evidence-based method workouts, nutrition, physiotherapy, midwife support to even having some guidance in what to buy to help prepare you for motherhood.
