Monday to Friday: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
Sunday & PH: CLOSED
Clinic hours are flexible, and we will accommodate where possible.

Cost for Services for Danielle Barratt
Initial Consultation (up to 45 minutes): $240
Follow Consultation (up to 45 minutes): $220
Home Visit (up to 60 minutes) Consultation & Treatment: $360 (inclusive of transportation costs)
Tele-Health (up to 45 minute blocks): $220
Physiotherapy Report for Medical or Insurance purposes: $150
Cost for Services for Tay Tong Ying (Xan) and Claire Ng
Consultations (up to 60 minutes): $200
Home Visit (up to 60 minutes) Consultation & Treatment: $360 (inclusive of transportation costs)
Tele-Health (up to 45 minute blocks): $180
Physiotherapy Report for Medical or Insurance purposes: $150
Payment
Payment accepted via cash, PayNow, credit cards. Payment on the day.
You will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking, a reminder email 2 days before your appointment, and a WhatsApp message the day before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice if you are unable to make your Physiotherapy or Pilates appointment. It is common for us to have people on a waiting list, so please be kind to others and if you need to cancel or reschedule, do so early so that others may be offered the session. Thank you so much.
In the event of a late cancellation (under 4 hours) or non-attendance, the FULL consultation fee will apply. We are a busy clinic, so we run a very active cancellation list, and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
