Do I need to have experience to do a Pilates Reformer or Mat session?
No past knowledge or skills are required. We only conduct 1:1 sessions at our clinic, from your home, or via telehealth, so that without any background skills or knowledge you can start your fitness journey.
How do I start or book a Pilates session?
Our Physiotherapists will do a comprehensive assessment and outline a session plan for you with our trained team.
What do I need to wear to the sessions?
Active gym wear – shorts, leggings, tights so that you can move freely.
Do I need to bring anything?
A sweat towel is always handy, a bottle of water (we do have water here) and Pilates Grip Socks. We do sell Pilates Socks at the clinic but your welcome to wear your own.
With pain in my neck or back can I do Pilates?
Yes, Pilates is suited to all levels of skill and pain levels. We will work with you to resolve your pain and rehab your body.
How long are the sessions?
We aim to be active for 45-60 minutes depending on your fitness level and your Instructor.
What are the Costs of the Sessions?

Are the sessions claimable with Insurance?
Insurance policies vary with every person so please check before booking your sessions - if Physiotherapy is covered in your policy, YES -you should be able to claim Pilates with our Physiotherapists.
Do you do direct billing with Insurance Companies?
No, we do not communicate with your insurance company unless requested by you. Direct billing is NOT available.
